How to Apply
NEW STUDENTS:
Step 1: Click on the partial Application and download a copy. Print the application, complete it, sign, and return with the applicable fees and documents described below.
Step 2: Send the application along with copies of the following documents: (Most of this information will be transferred from the previous school.)
Academic transcripts
Birth certificate
Current photo of child
Health and Immunization records
Record of recent physical exam
Copy of Most Recent Standardized Test Report
